Refund policy

Return, Exchange & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as when you received it, undamaged and free of cracks, breaks, excessive wear, or alterations

To start a return, please contact us at jason@snaprake.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, such as requesting a different color, as long as the item:

Shows no signs of wear or damage and is returned in its original condition and Item has not had custom text added..

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchange items. Once the original item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. You may place a new order for the replacement item at any time.

Custom or personalized items, including items with custom text

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at jason@snaprake.com.
