SnapRake is a 3D-printed, hand-assembled product. Because of the nature of 3D printing, no two SnapRakes are exactly the same. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as small surface marks, layer lines, or slight variations may be present. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed items and do not affect performance or intended use. Each SnapRake is printed in multiple parts and assembled by hand. Small variations in appearance are normal and should be expected.

Customization

Custom and personalized products are made to order based on your specifications. Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order, as custom items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Heat & Storage Notice

SnapRake is designed for normal indoor use. However, extreme heat can affect most plastic-based products. Leaving SnapRake in a very hot environment—such as inside a parked car during summer, in direct sunlight, or on dark heat-absorbing surfaces—may cause minor softening or warping.

To help maintain its shape and performance:

• Avoid leaving SnapRake in hot vehicles
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, especially in high-heat conditions
• Store at room temperature when not in use

SnapRake is not responsible for damage caused by excessive heat exposure or improper storage.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. SnapRake Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Limitation of Liability

SnapRake Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
